Cleaning may cover the kitchen, bathroom, floors, agreed window surfaces and accessible surfaces. The exact rooms, condition and materials determine the agreed work.
Inside cupboards, refrigerators and ovens are additional items to discuss explicitly. Neither equipment nor cleaning materials are automatically included merely because a request was sent.
Agree access and key handover directly before the job. Do not enter door codes, identity documents or sensitive information in this form.

My handover date is not fixed. Can I still contact you?
Select the open date option or give a possible date range. Your request does not reserve a time slot; FLOXANT will clarify scheduling with you.
Can the work be arranged while I am abroad?
You can send the initial information from abroad. Access, keys and any person meeting the team must be expressly agreed later.
Does the form book the service?
No. Confirmation means your request has been stored. Scope, price and timing still need to be agreed. If you have a reference number, use it when following up.
