Cleaning for the rooms you use every day
Already living or working in Germany? You can request cleaning without moving. We agree the tasks in homes, kitchens and bathrooms, offices, law firms, practices, shops, reception and meeting rooms.
Property managers can request stairwells, shared areas, vacant properties and tenant-change cleaning. Hotel and apartment surfaces, hair salons, beauty studios, fitness and class rooms are also covered by an agreed task list.
Deep cleaning, cleaning after building work or renovation, windows and glass, and nicotine deposits on suitable surfaces: describe the material, condition and access so we can assess the work.
Cabinet and appliance interiors are agreed separately. This is not instrument sterilisation, hazardous-material remediation or machine maintenance. Hotel cleaning does not automatically include laundry, minibar, reception or full housekeeping.
One-off or recurring: tell us your preferred frequency, access arrangements and time window. A company, contact role and number of properties are optional. Windows or deep cleaning can be added separately. We agree scope and price before you commission the work; no fixed date or exact floor area is needed to start.

Inside cupboards, refrigerators and ovens are additional items to discuss explicitly. Neither equipment nor cleaning materials are automatically included merely because a request was sent.
Agree access and key handover directly before the job. Do not enter door codes, identity documents or sensitive information in this form.

Can the work be arranged while I am abroad?
You can send the initial information from abroad. Access, keys and any person meeting the team must be expressly agreed later.
Does the form book the service?
No. Confirmation means your request has been stored. Scope, price and timing still need to be agreed. If you have a reference number, use it when following up.
